Wow, I think this one is amazing.
Maybe if the shot were to be a bit wider it would give it more tension. Then the length of the arms would give it more drama and less forced placement, make it look a bit less posey.

This is exceptional photograph and one that I think would only really work in black and white like you've chosen. I really like the lighting angle too. My only criticism, and it's tiny, is that the hands just seem a little too posed. As in, they're just sitting on his skin rather than actually grasping/gripping it.
